What you will do

• Support the General Manager in daily store operations, leadership initiatives, and talent development.
• Manage the full client lifecycle to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and maintain the studio's design aesthetic.
• Create custom floor plans and design presentations for clients.
• Conduct in-home consultations and build relationships with local trade professionals.
• Directly supervise and mentor Sales Assistants and Studio Interns.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Charleston, US
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, web navigation, and 3-D rendering software.
• Ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Physical ability to move objects weighing over 20 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required by store hours.
