What you will do

• Monitor plant safety and maintain a safe work environment
• Deploy hirify.global Operating System initiatives including Black Belt, EIM, Kaizen, and Zero Defect teams
• Implement DOS throughout the plant and support new program projects
• Coordinate Kaizen projects, poke-yoke designs for <15 ppm, and production line improvements
• Proactively address unplanned downtime, control costs, and maintain production capacity
• Continuously support 5S program and track performance measurables for on-time deliveries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field + 5+ years in manufacturing leadership/management
• Experience with Toyota Production System implementation, equipment/process setup, and MIG welding
• Green Belt Certification preferred; safety and quality oriented
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office), leadership, communication, organizational skills
• Ability to travel overnight for one or more weeks; prior leadership experience
• Knowledge of prototype management and proven track record in continuous improvement
