What you will do

• Maintain full accountability for business growth, profitability, and P&L performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to execute strategic business plans.
• Drive innovation and manage the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) launch process.
• Act as the primary representative for customer engagement, incorporating market intelligence into business strategy.
• Represent the product line during major operating pulses and strategic planning reviews.
• Manage up to 50% travel to support business development and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in product line management or business operations within the manufacturing or plumbing industry.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and driving growth in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Oviedo, FL, Monday through Friday.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence teams across multiple locations.
• Expertise in market segmentation, competitive intelligence, and regulatory standards.
