Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the creation and execution of product launches for new features.
• Develop and adapt positioning and messaging for new industries and personas.
• Create high-fidelity content including thought leadership, webinars, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
• Collaborate with Sales to build enablement resources and competitive battlecards.
• Partner with the Customer team to build onboarding resources and expansion campaigns.
• Conduct market research and attend tradeshows to gather customer insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role.
• Proven track record of project managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to simplify complex technical requirements into plain English.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and analyzing sales calls.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City to support hybrid work (2+ days/week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience selling to product managers, developers, or technical audiences.
• Familiarity with HR Technology platforms (payroll, benefits, or retirement).
