Salary: $128,900 – $157,500 annually (Target Range)

What you will do
- Design integrated customer acquisition strategies aligned with growth, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Define channel strategies and target audience mix across digital and traditional platforms.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing plans, forecasts, and performance targets.
- Analyze ROI, CAC, and channel performance to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Evaluate market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Operations to ensure scalable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Communications.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in customer acquisition, strategy, marketing planning, or analytics.
- Must be based in Washington state (WA) to accommodate required travel to the Tukwila office.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating market opportunities and customer segments.
- Excellent written and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Marketing).
- Background in consumer financial services such as banking, lending, or fintech.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional collaboration and negotiation.
