Salary: $75,300 – $140,100 per year

What you will do

• Execute business development strategies and targeted campaigns to drive membership growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with affinity partners, community organizations, and local stakeholders.
• Lead and enhance key initiatives such as the Workplace Banking Program and Community Reputation Program.
• Plan and activate local events and grand openings to increase brand visibility.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retail priorities.
• Track outreach activities and analyze performance metrics to optimize growth results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in business development or consultative sales, preferably within financial services.
• Proven ability to drive growth and manage large-scale relationships in complex organizations.
• Experience with affinity group development and B2B strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Seattle and North of Seattle region.
