Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be able to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Salary: $67,080 - $90,756 per year

What you will do

• Drive awareness of Community Impact and Membership programs through strategic partnerships with churches and non-profits.
• Partner with financial advisors to develop and execute local engagement plans to grow their networks and deepen client relationships.
• Build relationships with community leaders and centers of influence to increase brand visibility and storytelling opportunities.
• Coordinate local activities of the Member Network to generate appointments and leads for advisors.
• Integrate enterprise growth priorities, such as new program rollouts, into local engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Must have a proper home office environment with high-speed internet to conduct remote work.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and flex-schedule to work evenings and weekends occasionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
