Engagement Leader (Financial Services): Providing local leadership and execution of community and business development activities to drive growth and brand awareness with an accent on strategic relationship development and community impact programs. Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be able to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Salary: $67,080 - $90,756 per year

What you will do
- Drive awareness of Community Impact and Membership programs through strategic partnerships with churches and non-profits.
- Partner with financial advisors to develop and execute local engagement plans to grow their networks and deepen client relationships.
- Build relationships with community leaders and centers of influence to increase brand visibility and storytelling opportunities.
- Coordinate local activities of the Member Network to generate appointments and leads for advisors.
- Integrate enterprise growth priorities, such as new program rollouts, into local engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Must have a proper home office environment with high-speed internet to conduct remote work.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and flex-schedule to work evenings and weekends occasionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Experience in sales development or community development.
- Strong relationships within the local business, non-profit, and Christian communities.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
