Salary: $155,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Partner with healthcare systems to identify operational workflows, quality initiatives, and performance goals.
• Design and develop MVPs, interactive dashboards, and analytical applications using Streamlit, R Shiny, Python, R, and SQL.
• Validate prototypes directly with customers and iterate based on feedback to create production-ready capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate prototype learnings into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Present complex findings and recommendations to healthcare leaders, researchers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, health informatics, data science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, population health, or clinical operations.
• Proficiency in building analytical solutions using Python, R, SQL, Streamlit, or R Shiny.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship (e.g., H1-B, F-1 OPT) is available.
• Strong experience using AI-assisted development tools and modern prototyping workflows.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Health Informatics).
• Familiarity with HEDIS, CMS quality programs, STAR ratings, or utilization management.
• Experience working within ACOs, IDNs, or value-based care programs.
• Proven track record of partnering with engineering teams to bring prototypes into production.
