What you will do

• Own the data lake infrastructure, including ingestion, cleaning, organization, and integration with data analysis tools.
• Develop data analysis methodologies to translate process understanding into actionable quality and process decisions.
• Generate critical data packages to support PPQ-readiness, execution, and BLA submissions for CAR-T therapies.
• Implement advanced scientific principles and lead the introduction of new AI tools for continuous innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, IT, Process Development, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (Computer Science or Data Science preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing space.
• Minimum 2 years of direct data science experience within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing space.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and analytics tools such as JMP, Spotfire, or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP data integrity requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in late-stage clinical and commercial pharma environments.
• Specific experience in cell therapy.
• Proven track record of developing data solutions using machine learning and AI.
