What you will do

• Define clear requirements with stakeholders to solve customer problems using the AIOps platform.
• Develop and validate machine learning models for image, video, text, geospatial, and time-series data.
• Orchestrate and automate complex data and analytic pipelines.
• Implement AI-based software solutions for cloud and edge environments.
• Conduct mission-critical field work and interface directly with customers.

Requirements

• US citizenship required due to the nature of the role.
• Active Secret (or above) US security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, ML, mathematics, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in machine learning, data science, and production deployment.
• Excellence in Python and proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with DevOps tooling such as Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience with compiled languages like Go, Rust, or C++.
• Experience with full-stack development or cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience delivering solutions in secure government environments.
