What you will do

• Analyze complex healthcare data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Develop and validate statistical methodologies and analytical frameworks
• Design causal inference analyses to understand mechanisms in complex systems
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists to support model development and validation
• Provide recommendations on data collection and translate insights into actions
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to scientific publications

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with SQL, Python, R or similar for data querying and scripting
• 4+ years as data scientist
• Experience with statistical models like multinomial logistic regression
• MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science or related field
• 5+ years applying statistical methods to healthcare data
• Experience with statistical modeling of longitudinal data and experimental design

Nice to have

• 2+ years data visualization with AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny
• Experience managing data pipelines
• Leadership and mentoring on data science teams
• PhD preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, data standards, causal inference frameworks
