Salary: $159,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with Sales leadership to structure complex, multi-year, global enterprise deals.
- Manage the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring billing readiness and revenue recognition alignment.
- Own Deal Desk requirements for CPQ and deal approval workflows to improve seller efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Systems Ops to operationalize pricing and contracting policies.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Deal Desk team as a player-coach.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, or Finance within the SaaS industry.
- 4+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of supporting global enterprise sales motions.
- Expertise in pricing, discounting, commercial governance, and revenue recognition.
- Proficiency with CPQ (Dealhub preferred), CLM, and SFDC.
