Salary: $50,612.24 - $62,000 (US)

What you will do
- Draft, edit, and publish help center content and release notes for NGP VAN products.
- Translate product features into written guidance using internal specifications, SME interviews, and product testing.
- Contribute to documentation templates and maintain consistent voice.
- Perform light HTML or CMS formatting as needed and capture/annotate screenshots.
- Participate in documentation review cycles and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience writing, editing, or providing documentation support.
- Experience with help centers, customer support content, or SaaS product writing.
- Ability to write clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences; strong grammar and editing skills.
- Comfort working across multiple systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, WordPress, and other tools).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment authorization sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Exposure to union clients or political campaign environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital organizing tools or CRMs.
