TL;DR

Content Author (AEM): Creating and managing website content within CMS environments (AEM, Sitecore, TeamSite) with an accent on front-end technologies and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on ensuring pages accurately reflect client requirements through HTML/CSS/JS implementation and troubleshooting web application issues.

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica. Must work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Create and update content in CMS (AEM, Sitecore, TeamSite) using basic HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Collaborate with Creative, Business, Technology, and QA teams to ensure quality and punctual delivery.
• Implement technical solutions following the agency's best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot simple issues in existing web applications.
• Manage GIT repositories, including branches, merges, and commits.
• Provide feedback on policies and procedures to drive improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, or TeamSite.
• English proficiency (B2+) in reading, writing, and conversation.
• Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and responsive, cross-browser development.
• Experience manipulating and administering website content.
• Proficiency with version control methodologies (GIT) and issue tracking tools like JIRA.
• Familiarity with data transfer formats such as JSON and XML.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
