What you will do

• Create and improve user-focused technical documentation for products and systems.
• Analyze APIs, specifications, and system behavior to produce accurate and reliable guides.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to validate technical information.
• Document system workflows, integrations, configuration rules, error handling, and release changes.
• Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, style guides, and terminology.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve documentation processes across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role.
• Proven experience creating both user-facing and developer-focused content (e.g., API documentation).
• Proficiency with platforms like Confluence, Notion, Document360, Jira, or Trello.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail in writing and terminology.
