• Coordinate content launches and campaigns across various web surfaces.
• Partner with marketing and content teams to provide guidance and reduce friction in publishing.
• Develop documentation and training resources to empower partners to publish independently.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
• Hands-on experience building and publishing content in a CMS.
• Strong attention to detail with a high quality bar for live content.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Ability to document processes and create effective training materials.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity) and component-based design systems.
• Background in web production or digital publishing at a tech company.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for identifying rendering issues.
