Salary: $195,000 - $225,000 Annually

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer delivery lifecycle from kickoff and workflow development to scaled user adoption and renewal.
- Manage and coach a regional team of Deployment Strategists, Customer Advocates, and Trainers.
- Monitor regional customer health, identifying risks of declining adoption and implementing triage interventions.
- Identify in-customer growth opportunities and partner with Sales to execute expansions.
- Maintain accountability for regional customer outcomes, including deployment speed and net dollar retention.
- Develop and communicate a regional vision to win the territory based on competitive dynamics and TAM.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise software delivery, consulting, or business operations leadership.
- At least 3 years of experience managing customer-facing teams.
- Proven track record owning end-to-end customer outcomes, including time to value and expansion metrics.
- Technical capability to guide data engineering and implementation teams through workflow development.
- Willingness to travel within the region regularly (~50%).
- Must be based in San Francisco and work from the office 4 days per week.
