What you will do
- Lead the design and ongoing optimization of incentive compensation plans for BDRs, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams.
- Own compensation governance, ensuring accurate crediting logic, transaction integrity, and robust audit processes.
- Perform financial modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning to support budgeting and organizational investments.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team responsible for commission operations and data integrity.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Business Systems to drive alignment and improve automation capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership regarding compensation strategy and operational impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or finance.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading operational or analytical teams.
- Deep expertise in designing incentive compensation plans for complex GTM organizations.
- Strong understanding of commission operations, crediting logic, and compensation governance.
- Experience with financial modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
- Familiarity with compensation and sales systems such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Salesforce, Pigment, or Anaplan.
