What you will do

  • Lead the design and ongoing optimization of incentive compensation plans for BDRs, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Own compensation governance, ensuring accurate crediting logic, transaction integrity, and robust audit processes.
  • Perform financial modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning to support budgeting and organizational investments.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team responsible for commission operations and data integrity.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Business Systems to drive alignment and improve automation capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership regarding compensation strategy and operational impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or finance.
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading operational or analytical teams.
  • Deep expertise in designing incentive compensation plans for complex GTM organizations.
  • Strong understanding of commission operations, crediting logic, and compensation governance.
  • Experience with financial modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
  • Familiarity with compensation and sales systems such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Salesforce, Pigment, or Anaplan.
