GTM AI Operations Lead (Demand Generation) (AI/Automation): Own how AI and automation accelerate the GTM motion by designing systems that route and distribute leads, keep revenue data clean, and turn the demand generation funnel into a reliable machine. Focus on building governed LLM/AI-driven workflows on top of Salesforce and the GTM tech stack, translating ambiguous automation requests into measurable, maintainable systems.
Location: Foster City, CA (in-office requirement Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
Salary: $145K–$200K base + equity

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations across the top of the funnel, including lead routing and distribution across GTM roles.
- Own data quality and trustworthiness systems so downstream reporting and AI outputs are reliable by default.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and ship automations that address root causes.
- Integrate and orchestrate the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, lead routing, enrichment, sequencing) with AI agents and workflows.
- Build internal tooling and lightweight applications that surface AI insights directly in reps’ and managers’ workflows.
- Establish guardrails for safe, governed AI use against revenue data, including permissioning and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, or a closely related function, with meaningful experience supporting an enterprise sales motion.
- Hands-on Salesforce and marketing database expertise, including building/debugging data models, automations, and permissions.
- Experience designing and shipping automations, ideally including LLM- or AI-driven workflows (agents, prompt-based tooling, or AI features in GTM systems).
- Strong analytical rigor: ability to interrogate pipeline data, pressure-test conclusions, and communicate findings clearly.
- Comfort building with no/low-code automation platforms and/or API integrations to prototype without waiting on engineering.
- Bias toward maintainable, trustworthy systems over clever-but-fragile solutions.
