Salary: $80,000 base + commission.

What you will do

  • Generate qualified meetings and build pipeline for the revenue organization.
  • Develop targeted account lists, call strategies, and messaging in collaboration with sales teammates.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts.
  • Manage, track, and report all sales activities using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to drive attendance at regional and national events.
  • Meet or exceed established BDR activity metrics.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong inbound and outbound calling experience.
  • Excellent listening, phone, and writing skills.
  • Ability to operate with intense urgency and individual accountability.

  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
