Compensation: $241,946 - $311,536 per year (Base: $168,346 - $184,186), including uncapped commissions.

What you will do

• Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in the assigned geography.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships with the cancer care community.
• Assess the needs of medical professionals using a consultative sales approach to solve problems and coordinate logistics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Washington D.C. area with a commitment to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., President's Club or consistent goal achievement).
• Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical or surgical devices to medical providers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
