TL;DR

Director, Sales Strategy & Analytics (Oncology): Leading cross-functional commercial initiatives and designing scalable infrastructure for oncology and strategic accounts teams with an accent on Salesforce optimization, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled modeling. Focus on driving data-driven decision-making, improving territory alignment, and enhancing sales productivity within a complex matrixed organization.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote/Office-based with up to 20% travel)

Salary: $219,000 - $238,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise-level initiatives to improve coordination and performance across Oncology and Strategic Accounts teams.
  • Design and optimize scalable commercial infrastructure within Salesforce and BI platforms.
  • Develop AI-enabled models to enhance segmentation, opportunity prioritization, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Build KPI frameworks and executive dashboards to provide transparency into sales productivity and portfolio performance.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, IT, Marketing, and Finance to drive adoption of tools and processes.
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable insights for commercial investment and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales analytics, or sales operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and complex account hierarchies.
  • Strong proficiency in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik) and data modeling.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives at a senior leader or director level.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting oncology or complex healthcare commercial models.
  • Experience leveraging AI and machine learning tools for sales optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages.
