National Account Manager, LGP & PE (Medtech)

National Account Manager, LGP & PE (Medtech): Developing and implementing high-level sales strategies and collaborations for hirify.global's genetic testing suite across national accounts and private equity groups with an accent on clinical insight and C-suite relationship management. Location: Must be based in the United States (West Coast, Texas, or Florida preferred). This role requires approximately 40–50% travel.

Compensation: $135,200 - $202,800 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Manage a key account list of National Accounts, including large women's health organizations and private equity accounts.
• Partner with C-suite executives, Medical Directors, and Lab Directors to align hirify.global solutions for partnership.
• Implement "Blue Sheet" Strategic Account Plans based on market assessments and field trends.
• Develop business plans to maximize demand creation, product pull-through, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and field representatives to develop national advocates and internal champions.
• Identify and execute RFP, GPO, and contracting opportunities within the largest women's health organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, preferably with diagnostic experience.
• 4+ years of experience selling into strategic or national accounts.
• Proven experience with large health systems and C-suite negotiations.
• Experience implementing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Laboratory Information System (LIS) integrations.
• Must be based in the United States.
