Salary: $195,000 - $225,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed sales goals and maximize ROI.
• Acquire new accounts and retain the existing customer base through trusted relationships.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers.
• Drive strategic business opportunities with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals.
• Implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs) and execute marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful attainment of organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales.
• Deep knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50% - 75% within the assigned territory.
