What you will do

• Promote Mayo Medical Laboratories (MCL) tests using collaborative selling and alignment with the MCL sales process.
• Generate new business revenue and co-develop specific account or test selling and promotional strategies with clients.
• Project annual sales growth, market dynamics, and economic conditions to implement territory business plans.
• Differentiate Mayo offerings from competitors to drive testing volume and coordinate resources for bid processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify differentiated tests and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, coordinate contract development, and monitor price execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience (preferably in Neurology, Hem/Onc, or laboratory settings).
• Must reside within the South Texas or Southwest New Mexico territory.
• No visa sponsorship provided; not eligible for F-1 STEM OPT extension.
• A 2-year commitment to the position is required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to travel extensively.
