What you will do

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier Account Executive talent.
  • Inspect daily team workflows, including pipeline hygiene and activity cadence, to drive KPI accountability.
  • Conduct structured 1:1s and develop individualized coaching plans to accelerate rep performance.
  • Partner with AEs on live deals, supporting negotiations and navigating internal approvals.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy in Salesforce and provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership.
  • Drive outbound and inbound sales motions to acquire new merchants in the SMB to mid-market segments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a closing Account Executive with a consistent track record of top performance.
  • 1+ years in a team lead or management role with demonstrated ability to develop sales talent.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Experience in high-velocity, high-transaction sales environments.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional processes involving Legal, Finance, and senior leadership.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for coaching and people development.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the MarTech, ecommerce, or DTC ecosystem.
  • Background selling against legacy MarTech or Service platforms.
  • Exposure to hirify.global's platform or comparable marketing automation tools.
