What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Serve as a product expert for AI and Data solutions, delivering tailored proposals, presentations, and product demos.
- Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within large enterprise accounts.
- Maintain data accuracy in internal sales tools and manage a healthy sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to finalize contracts and integration schedules.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for internal communication.
- Proven track record of driving and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Deep knowledge of the Korean enterprise software ecosystem.
- Strong soft skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Professional knowledge of AI and Data product terminology and trends.
- Experience managing large enterprise-level accounts.
- Background in selling SaaS solutions, particularly in Marketing, Analytics, or CDP systems.
- Proven experience within the e-commerce or retail industry verticals.
