What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Serve as a product expert for AI and Data solutions, delivering tailored proposals, presentations, and product demos.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within large enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain data accuracy in internal sales tools and manage a healthy sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to finalize contracts and integration schedules.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for internal communication.
  • Proven track record of driving and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Deep knowledge of the Korean enterprise software ecosystem.
  • Strong soft skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Professional knowledge of AI and Data product terminology and trends.
  • Experience managing large enterprise-level accounts.
  • Background in selling SaaS solutions, particularly in Marketing, Analytics, or CDP systems.
  • Proven experience within the e-commerce or retail industry verticals.
