What you will do

  • Develop and execute data-driven territory and account strategies across South East Asia to ensure sustainable market penetration.
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing regional sales organization, including hiring and developing talent.
  • Own regional sales strategy and the market expansion roadmap to accelerate category leadership.
  • Drive excellence in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles using frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle and regional forecasting to ensure revenue predictability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or technology sales.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing regional or multi-market teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
  • Deep understanding of South East Asia markets, including regional buying behaviors and enterprise dynamics.
  • Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Experience leveraging CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, for performance management and forecasting.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the CFO solutions, ERP, FP&A, or finance technology space.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) methodologies and intent data platforms.
  • Prior experience scaling regional sales functions in high-growth or post-acquisition environments.
  • Multilingual ability relevant to South East Asia markets (Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, or Mandarin).
