TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead the ANZ enterprise partnerships strategy focusing on GSIs, SIs, and agency holding companies.
  • Identify, recruit, and build high-impact partnerships from the ground up, creating joint plans and internal alignment.
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline via co-sell motions and account planning.
  • Develop and own joint business plans aligned to services-led and transformation-driven GTM motions.
  • Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships with executive stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Orchestrate multi-partner plays combining hirify.global with GSIs, SIs, and adjacent ecosystem partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related SaaS GTM role.
  • Track record of building and scaling high-value partnerships with GSIs, SIs, or agency holding companies.
  • Prior quota-carrying experience with a history of driving partner-sourced revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions, enterprise deal cycles, and co-sell dynamics.
  • Valid work authorisation to work in Australia is required.
  • AI fluency and ability to use AI responsibly in daily work to improve productivity.
