What you will do
- Lead the ANZ enterprise partnerships strategy focusing on GSIs, SIs, and agency holding companies.
- Identify, recruit, and build high-impact partnerships from the ground up, creating joint plans and internal alignment.
- Collaborate with Sales to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline via co-sell motions and account planning.
- Develop and own joint business plans aligned to services-led and transformation-driven GTM motions.
- Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships with executive stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Orchestrate multi-partner plays combining with GSIs, SIs, and adjacent ecosystem partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related SaaS GTM role.
- Track record of building and scaling high-value partnerships with GSIs, SIs, or agency holding companies.
- Prior quota-carrying experience with a history of driving partner-sourced revenue outcomes.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions, enterprise deal cycles, and co-sell dynamics.
- Valid work authorisation to work in Australia is required.
- AI fluency and ability to use AI responsibly in daily work to improve productivity.
