Salary: $100,000 – $145,000

What you will do

• Lead detailed demonstrations of digital technology solutions for plan sponsors and intermediary partners.
• Serve as a high-level digital technology expert during finalist presentations and consultant due diligence meetings.
• Translate digital capabilities into compelling business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with digital product owners to provide feedback and influence the technology roadmap.
• Educate internal business partners and external clients on maximizing the value of digital platforms.
• Support the sales and relationship management teams in successfully closing new business engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in the retirement plan industry.
• Previous experience in a presales, technical consulting, or solutions engineering role within financial services.
• Advanced presentation skills for both in-person and virtual audiences.
• FINRA Series 6 license required or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (occasionally 50%) for client meetings.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
