What you will do

• Lead North America-focused consulting projects including market entry and competitive positioning.
• Manage distributed teams of analysts and consultants using a structured PMO framework.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and utilization targets to ensure commercial viability.
• Collaborate with sales and account managers to scope and support project proposals.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders across the NA enterprise technology landscape.
• Identify opportunities to expand consulting and subscription work within existing accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the Boston/Newton, MA office
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or senior roles within the NA enterprise tech industry.
• Deep knowledge of North American Enterprise IT and channel markets.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-stakeholder consulting projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting project bids and proposals.
• Exceptional communication skills tailored for executive-level engagement.
