What you will do
- Serve as an escalation point for support engineers, providing advanced troubleshooting across client environments.
- Resolve complex incidents involving Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Troubleshoot networking issues, including VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and overall connectivity.
- Manage backup and recovery operations and support endpoint hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and operational processes.
- Coordinate vendor escalations and maintain accurate documentation throughout the incident lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or an MSP environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts such as firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be based in the United States (indicated by US-specific benefits and E-Verify requirement).
