What you will do

• Provide advanced-level support for Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft solutions to optimize performance, scalability, and security for client environments.
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex server and network-related issues to ensure high availability.
• Perform advanced system maintenance, including patch management, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated IT projects within timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior Microsoft Engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft stack.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) in Microsoft environments.
• Experience designing and implementing robust security measures for Microsoft-based systems.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with clients.
