Salary: $140,000 base (CA/WA), On Target Earnings $200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own pre-sales technical experience for enterprise accounts: demos, architecture design, proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to align technical value with business goals.
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success for faster time-to-value and adoption.
• Support RFPs/RFIs technically and act as voice between Sales and Product for feedback and roadmap influence.
• Build reusable assets like lab environments, demo flows, battlecards to scale the team.
• Represent at industry events and shape the Enterprise SE function as a founding member.

Requirements

• Reside in CA, OR, or WA; NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 10+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency in Windows (registry, services, troubleshooting); familiarity with Linux/macOS and command-line.
• Strong networking knowledge (DNS, VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection).
• Hands-on with RMM tools, ITSM platforms, endpoint management; scripting in PowerShell/JavaScript/VBScript preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, HighSpot or equivalents; comfort in complex IT ecosystems.
• Technical background (TAM, support, syseng) with IT ops insight; strong communication for executives.
