What you will do
- Manage and maintain client computing systems, including servers, SAN/NAS, and cloud infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex client networks, including firewalls, VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
- Provide advanced technical support as a rotating escalation point of contact for the help desk.
- Implement and test data resiliency, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts to streamline system patching and configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with the solutions architecture team to validate and implement new client technology projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud, server, network, and end-user technologies.
- Deep knowledge of Azure, Windows Server, VMware, and Microsoft Intune.
- Strong networking expertise including Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, or SonicWall.
- Proven experience with BCDR solutions like Datto, Acronis, or Veeam.
- Must be based in the US and capable of maintaining a private, professional remote work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non-technical client interaction.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kaseya MSP tools (Autotask, Datto RMM, IT Glue).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or Microsoft Azure/Server certifications.
