TL;DR

Requirements Manager/Project Coordinator (Cybersecurity): Coordinating and managing technical IT projects for the US Government with an accent on project progress tracking, technical documentation, and PMF programmatics. Focus on managing project schedules, deliverables, and coordinating security certification and accreditation.

Location: Sterling, VA (Fairfax area). Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one and be eligible for crossover.

What you will do

• Track project progress using customer PM tools and perform PMF programmatics, including schedules and control gates.
• Perform technical writing and maintain version control for project documentation and baselines.
• Develop and present project schedules, timelines, and status reports.
• Manage project purchasing, research, and team action items.
• Coordinate with security elements to handle Project Certification and Accreditation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing technical/IT projects.
• TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one.
• BS in Management Information Systems or another IT/Management field (equivalent experience acceptable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Access.
• Strong understanding of US government field environments and internal policies.

Nice to have

• PMP and ITIL Foundations certifications.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Experience with technical review boards and customer acceptance processes.
• Experience with Field Communications and coordination.
