What you will do

• Act as primary liaison for IT scope implementation with CBP, TSA, and ITM representatives.
• Oversee the buildout and commissioning of IT rooms, networks, and cabling.
• Lead integration workshops for terminal systems (CCTV, baggage handling, passenger processing, etc.) and building mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to integrate systems into the LAWA ecosystem.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to plan construction activities and identify critical milestones.
• Manage the IT systems closeout process and ensure all documentation is completed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience, preferably on airport projects.
• Experience managing projects with a value exceeding $100 million.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
• Experience with various delivery methods: Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build.
• Location: Must work onsite at the client site in Los Angeles, CA.

Nice to have

• Professional licensure or certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, AICP).
• Ability to work in CAD or REVIT.
