What you will do

• Assist project and IPT leadership in developing task books and implementing contract strategies.
• Collaborate with the Business Financial Manager to create financial reports and monitor spending against constraints.
• Design project plans, track progress, and identify areas for enhancement.
• Generate management status reports covering deliverables, schedules, finances, and risks.
• Facilitate the risk management program, overseeing project risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Provide technical writing support for programmatic documentation.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience supporting project management initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Charleston, SC.

Nice to have

• Experience working with NIWC Atlantic or DoD environment.
• Proficiency with Risk Exchange+, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence, or Microsoft Teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• Exposure to PMBOK and/or Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
