TL;DR

Senior HRBP (SaaS/AI): Partnering with senior leadership to drive people strategies and organizational scaling for an AI-powered business management platform with an accent on team health and engagement. Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA) - 3 days per week in office

Salary: $165k - $190k / year + Equity

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into impactful people strategies that foster team health and performance.
  • Lead organizational change, including org design and cultural transformation to ensure alignment and smooth transitions.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for complex employee relations, guiding managers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Own and implement core HR programs, including performance management, compensation planning, and recognition initiatives.
  • Monitor HR trends and leverage people data to refine strategy and maintain company competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Must be based in the US with strong knowledge of US employment law.
  • Proven strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging people data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
