Salary: $141,700 - $263,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for Global Products & Technology leaders and managers.
• Manage the Performance Improvement cadence, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
• Promote core values to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Partner with FP&A to reconcile headcount and manage position planning.
• Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to advance and promote pay equity initiatives.
• Liaise with Recruiting and HR Operations to identify training needs and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• HRBP experience supporting engineering teams within a tech organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of strategic workforce planning concepts and tools.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization and move quickly to resolution.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the San Jose, California location.
