Location: Must be based in the United States (San Francisco, CA headquarters available)

Compensation: $230,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own team performance metrics including billable utilization, customer outcomes, and regional financial results.
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Managing Architects and Engagement Managers.
• Coach team members on deal strategy, project execution, and process efficiency.
• Manage subcontracting partner relationships to ensure capacity and capability alignment.
• Identify customer needs and project patterns to provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and CS to ensure transaction clarity and GTM strategy alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in SaaS, consulting, or data domains.
• Proven track record of exceeding performance objectives in management or individual contributor roles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales leadership.
• Builder mentality with comfort in evolving, early-stage processes.
• Clear and direct communication style with a focus on frequent feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing analytics or embedded analytics solutions.
• 3+ years of direct team management experience.
• Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, or modern data stack tooling.
• Prior experience at a high-growth Series B/C company.
