Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build machine-readable files (MRFs) that comply with federal price transparency requirements.
• Construct scenario models to analyze the financial impact of contract rates across payer and service line combinations.
• Translate complex contract language into clear, actionable rate summaries for clients.
• Perform quality assurance on AI system outputs, validating extracted contract tags and provider identifiers.
• Partner with Implementation Managers to ensure client onboarding milestones are met and data is error-free.
• Identify repetitive workflows and propose scalable solutions or process automations to reduce manual lift.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be based in the US and able to work hybrid in Chicago, IL (at least 3 days per week in office).
• Strong proficiency in working with structured data, spreadsheets, and tabular datasets.
• Problem-solver's mindset with the ability to break down ambiguous situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to healthcare, health insurance, or health IT.
• Familiarity with revenue cycle management, managed care, or hospital billing concepts.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
• Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
