• Utilize SAP/SuccessFactors for payroll and employee data management.
• Perform detailed reporting and reconciliations using Microsoft Excel.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes and general HR documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to payroll deadlines with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience with monthly payroll in a medium-to-large organization.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll and HR processes.
• Proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Leeds, UK.
