What you will do

• Supervise UK monthly and weekly payroll operations for circa 30,000 employees.
• Ensure strict compliance with UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI) legislation and client policies.
• Lead projects to drive change and implement efficiencies using RPA/IPA and advanced Excel.
• Manage and develop a high-performing payroll team, including onboarding and training.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and HMRC.
• Deliver accurate payroll processing for various complex terms, conditions, and shift patterns.

Requirements

• Extensive experience supervising large payroll teams.
• Working knowledge of Republic of Ireland (ROI) payroll legislation, including PRSI and USC.
• Valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and ability to travel within the EU.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in RPA/IPA and intermediate Excel skills with high analytical ability.
• Proven track record of delivering functional responsibilities to strict deadlines.
