What you will do

• Govern and performance-manage a Managed Service Provider (MSP) rather than processing invoices manually.
• Lead the transition from a transaction-heavy AP function to a modern, outsourced P2P model.
• Build and maintain visibility over purchase commitments (PO-to-invoice).
• Manage a complex recharge structure across a Private Equity platform.
• Serve as the internal expert for a new technology platform going live in H2.
• Drive change management, hyper-care, and the embedding of new operational processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the London Area (On-site).
• Strong professional background in Accounts Payable (AP) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P).
• Experience managing or working alongside an MSP/outsourced provider is mandatory.
• Ability to act as both an internal control function and a service delivery partner.
• Proven experience with system implementations and business process change.
