What you will do

• Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain customer account records and reconcile routine discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collections activities
• Prepare basic reports to track receivable activity and ensure team visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing questions and escalate complex issues
• Maintain documentation and recordkeeping using financial systems and spreadsheets

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting support (preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn financial/ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete routine transactional work accurately
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work
