What you will do

• Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 members across engineering, data, and product disciplines.
• Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies using Azure DevOps.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate high-level goals into actionable work packages and project roadmaps.
• Facilitate team coordination, progress tracking, and reporting across sprints and releases.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of program management experience in large, multi-disciplinary enterprise programs.
• Must be available for a 6-month onsite assignment in Plano, Texas.
• Expertise in managing multiple programs simultaneously through different delivery cycles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and DevOps/SRE models.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proven ability to mentor team members and present effectively to executive audiences.
