What you will do

• Work side-by-side with military customers to understand operational challenges and represent their needs to the engineering team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business development, and executive teams to drive customer success.
• Support the deployment of software for testing, evaluation, and operational use at government facilities and military bases.
• Lead training sessions to ensure product adoption and concrete operational impact.
• Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with workflows and integrate them into product delivery.
• Travel 25-40% to support program objectives and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience serving in the US military in logistics or sustainment roles preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with senior leadership and military personnel.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams including engineering and operations.
