What you will do

• Own paid social strategy and execution across Meta and emerging platforms, managing budgets and creative performance.
• Lead paid influencer and creator acquisition, from partner identification to performance measurement and scaling.
• Drive efficient growth in First-Time Shoppers by treating creative iteration as the primary performance lever.
• Design and execute a continuous creative experimentation roadmap with structured testing and clear read-outs.
• Maintain rigorous channel hygiene and compliance within the cannabis regulatory landscape.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to align channel performance with state-level market priorities.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of hands-on paid media experience with deep expertise in paid social (Meta required).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition through creative-led paid social campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing paid influencer or creator partnerships and whitelisting workflows.
• Strong analytical foundation with fluency in metrics like CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
• Ability to manage high creative volume and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing acquisition in regulated or restricted-advertising categories.
• Familiarity with attribution tooling, MMPs (e.g., Branch), and GA4.
• Experience in a marketplace, publisher, or two-sided platform business.
• Strong feel for culture and trends with the ability to translate them into paid activations.
