What you will do

• Own the creative strategy and output for performance ads across all paid touchpoints.
• Direct and elevate the work of external creative agency partners.
• Develop a clear, compelling visual language and brand voice for a premium financial audience.
• Ensure full-funnel cohesion from initial ad impression through to member registration.
• Build a system for continuous generation, testing, and refreshing of ad concepts.
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing, product, and growth teams to align creative with business goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or advertising.
• Proven track record of concepting and directing campaigns for consumer brands or premium fintech.
• Strong brand and copy instincts with the ability to balance storytelling and direct response.
• Experience managing agencies or building in-house creative functions from scratch.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-stage startup environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in McLean, VA.
